Shipping & Returns - Terms
U.S. Shipping and Delivery
In stock item orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. The buyer will be sent a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Orders to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our international customers. For more information, contact your local customs office.
Most International orders are shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, we estimate you will receive your package within 15-25 business days. Please note we do not ship on weekends or US holidays. We currently do not offer expedited shipping on International orders or ship to PO boxes.
Once you place your International order, you will receive an order confirmation email from à pois BY ARIA. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
All International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery of the order to return or to exchange the same item for a different size. Please note that the product must be returned clean, unworn, unwashed and must have all original tags and liners attached. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable.To start a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the address to send the suit back. Unfortunately, exchanges and returns are not available on international orders (orders from outside of the United States). If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, marked as sale items and item(s) bought with a promo code of 30% and higher are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
An exchange in size or style can be made via re-purchase on our website. For the exchange, please email email@example.com and we will provide you with the address to send the product back. From the date of delivery, you will have 7 days to re-purchase the product and 14 days to return the product.
Please note that the product must be returned clean, unworn, unwashed and must have all original tags and liners attached. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping charges are not refundable.
A return on made to order items will be in exchange for store credit. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return address.

If the return exceeds our 14 day policy, we unfortunately will not be able to process your exchange and your order will be shipped back to you.
Refunds (if applicable, except for made to order items)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store credit, credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide furthermore instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card certificate will be mailed to you.
To return your product, you should mail your product in with the package that can keep the products safe and attache the shipping label to it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Made To Order Items
The production of your made to order item is anywhere between 30 days to 60 days, depending on the time in which your order was placed. Please contact email@example.com with any inquiries regarding your delivery time.
à pois BY ARIA has a 24 hour cancellation/change policy for made to order items, from the time you receive your order confirmation.
